8-Luxury Days Cairo and Nebyt Dahabiya

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to land of Pharaohs

This is your ultimate opportunity to have a wonderful trip in Egypt. First, explore the wonders of Cairo including the Giza Pyramids, the Egyptian Museum, and Khan El Khalili Bazar. Afterwards, ride in a Dahabiya charming boat like the royal family of Egypt and enjoy discovering the secrets of the Pharaohs in Aswan. Luxor, and even between these two amazing cities.

Overnight in Cairo.  

Day 2: Full Day Tour to the Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis & Sakkara 

You will be picked up from your hotel after having your breakfast by Your Private tour Guide & driver to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, the world's oldest major stone structure. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. After that transfer to Memphis which was founded by King Menes, and was the capital of Egypt during the Old Kingdom, it was considered to be a center of rule and culture for over 3000 years the first capital of Egypt, and see the Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis. 

Then Move to enjoy a great excursion to The Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then to the Panoramic area where you will be able to take the best pictures for the three pyramids together & try the Camel ride as well ( Optional Tour with extra fees)   Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren and visit to the Valley Temple then Transfer to your hotel & overnight .

Day 3: Visit Egyptian Museum, Islamic Cairo and Bazzar 

After taking breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, you will be escorted by your private guide to visit the Egyptian Museum where you will admire the splendid collection of Tutankhamun alongside many other fascinating artifacts. Then, continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s oldest bazaar Khan el-Khalili Bazaar where traders have been selling their ware ever since the 14th century. If there is anything in particular you want to buy at the bazaar, your guide will be happy to help you find what you are looking for. Even if you don’t want to do any shopping, the bazaar is a great place to walk around, or to sit down for some coffee while you watch the locals going about with their daily lives.  After that, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon landing in Luxor, you will be assisted and transferred  in an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.

Day 4: Embarkation in Luxor

Check-out from your hotel in Luxor in the morning to embark your Dahabiya.

• Enjoy a visit to Karnak Temples and the Valley of the Kings.

• Check-in at Luxor West Bank before noon (12:00 PM).

• Sail to Esna and enjoy lunch on board. We set sail and start a fantastic and unforgettable time on the Nile River.

• Enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Esna - El Kab – Edfu

Early morning crossing Esna lock and enjoying our breakfast while sailing on the Nile River, and visit the city of El Kab, explore the unknown city; discover the ancient walls, the temple, and the rock-cut tombs from the new kingdom.

• Sailing to Edfu and Lunch on board.

• Visit Edfu temple, have a wonderful ride by horse carriage through the village to the fantastic temple of Horus, one of the largest and best-preserved monuments of Egypt, two beautiful granite statues of the falcon god Horus flank the entrance, then we continue our sailing day and experience in slowly passing by the plain life of the farmers and fishermen, the picturesque and magic nature along the Nile River and the green fertile landscapes with sugar cane fields, banana, and date palm-trees.

• Shortly before sunset we drop anchor near Sheikh Rehan Island, where we enjoy dinner in an atmospheric surrounding.

Visits: El Kab Village, El Kab Temple, Edfu, Edfu Temple.

Day 6: Gebel El-Silsila

Upon your arrival at the ancient quarries of Silsela, visit the mystical rock-cute Temple of Hormoheb, and then, hike to the top of Silsela Mountain and relish in a truly breathtaking view. Head back to your dahabiya and enjoy a peaceful sail to Fawaza Island during lunchtime. Enjoy some tea on the sun deck as you take in the magnificent sunset view before having an appetizing dinner on board. Towards the end of the day, enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner at the edge of Al Bashir Island, neighboring Kom Ombo.

Visits: Gebel Silsela.

Day 7: Sailing to Kom Ombo

Enjoy an delicious breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo. walk through the town of Kom Ombo among the locals of the town until you arrive at the unusual Kom Ombo temple with its two identical entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries. Explore the exceptional beautiful temple of Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (Crocodile God). The temple was built with two symmetric entrances, halls, and sanctuaries; it is the only double temple all over Egypt. After your visit, head back to your dahabiya where you will continue the day sailing to the colorful city of Aswan and enjoy a mouthwatering lunch and dinner on board.

Day 8: Final Departure

Today enjoy on last scrumptious breakfast on board. Then, disembark and get transferred to Aswan Airport to catch your flight back to Cairo for your final departure via Cairo International Airport.
