Egypt is a relax country so you can wear whatever you prefer no problem at all Egyptians accept every one although modest dress would be highly recommended and, in some mosques, women will be asked to cover their hair and perhaps their arms and legs. Both women and men will be asked to remove their shoes before entering a mosque or some church’s.

It is always recommended for travelers who wish to have their own supply of cigarettes and alcohol with them in Egypt to purchase them upon arrival. There are duty free shops in the airports in Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada, El Gouna and Sharm El Sheikh. Tourists are allowed to purchase up to 1 liter of alcohol and up to 200 cigarettes on arrival. Most of the shops / Malls in Egypt open from around 10 AM and stay open until 11PM; however, many shops, cafes, and restaurants especially in major cities stay open much later and some facilities and shops are open 24 hours.

Most of the monuments, historical sites, and museums in Egypt open from 7 AM until 5 PM. Open-air historical sites, like the Pyramids of Giza, are open from 7:00 Am until 16:pm. Some museums have morning opening hours, from 9 AM to 4 PM evening opening hours, from 5 PM to 9 or 10 PM. during Ramadan, monthbe aware that these hours will change significantly. Sightseeing during Ramadan Month closed by 15:00pm.

Egypt is a relaxed country although relatively modest dress is recommended. wearing shorts for men in Cairo and other cities is common among Egyptians. Dressing with relative modesty is a way of respecting the local culture. The metro in Cairo has separate cars for women that might be more comfortable, especially during rush hours when the cars can be very full.

In a restaurant, it is good to give between 5% and 10% tip directly to the waiter. For a small favor, like carrying luggage or parking a car, a few Egyptian pounds would be appropriate. Tipping your tour guide and vehicle driver is completely optional but should be considered if you're provided with great service. If you decide to tip feel free to give what you think your experience was worth.

    Day 1: Arrival Cairo

    Arrival to Cairo airport, upon your arrival you will find our representative waiting you with the sign of Your Names, then you will be transferred by A/C car to your hotel.
    Once at the hotel, we will assist you with check and then we’ll discuss your tour itinerary with you then enjoy the rest of the day any way you want. Go out and explore the city; try some local food; relax next to the pool, or simply retire to you room for some peace and quiet.

    Day 2: Full Day Tour to the Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis & Sakkara

    Breakfast would be served in your hotel in Cairo to get ready for an exciting tour of the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, and Saqqara. 
    Your tour guide welcomes you in your hotel. You begin your tour by exploring the wonders of the Pyramids of Giza, constructed more than 4000 years, the most popular monuments in the whole world. You will view the greatness of the Pharaohs reflected in each detail of the huge structure of the Grand Pyramid of Cheops, in addition to the other two pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinus, and the Sphinx that was built to guard the Pyramids for years. 
    You proceed with this distinctive tour of Egypt to visit Saqqara, the richest archeological site of ancient Egypt.     Day 3: Visit the Egyptian Museum, Coptic and Islamic Cairo / Train to Aswan
    Visits: Egyptian Museum, Islamic Cairo, Khan El Khalili.

    Check out after breakfast from your hotel in Cairo Begin this day with another wonderful breakfast at your hotel, and then you will be escorted by your private guide to visit: Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tutankhamen collection of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was discovered.
    Move to Coptic Cairo" where you will visit the "Hanging Church" which is dating back to the 3rd Century AD and was dedicated to Virgin Mary ,It's called "Hanging" because of its location above the gatehouse of the ancient Roman fortress "Babylon" .It contains 110 Holy icons depicting beautiful religious scenes.
    Then visiting "Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church" which is believed to have been built on the spot (The Crypt) where the holy family rested at the end of their journey into Egypt.

    And ending Coptic Cairo tour with a visit to the "Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra" which gained its importance from its Geniza (Store room) was found during the 19th century containing a treasure of abandoned Hebrew secular and sacred manuscripts
    Khan el-Khalili Bazaar where traders have been selling their ware ever since the 14th century. If there is anything in particular you want to buy at the bazaar, your guide will be happy to help you find what you are looking for. Even if you don’t want to do any shopping, the bazaar is a great place to walk around, or to sit down for some coffee while you watch the locals going about with their daily lives
    Later, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.

    Day 4: Arrival Aswan Station / Aswan Sightseeing
    Visits: Optional visit to Abu Simbel Temple.

    Arrival to Aswan Railway station, then transferred to your hotel, Optional (not included) Abu Simbel Temple Tour with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramsses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramesses II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called the Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God together as one.   Then transfer you back to your hotel in Aswan and Overnight in Aswan.

    NB: In case you would like to do Abu Simbel Tour, so you will do it on day 5 and the Aswan sightseeing tours will be on day 4.

    Day 5: Aswan Sightseeing

    You start the day by visiting the Temple of Philae. Dedicated to the gods Osiris and Isis, the temple has some magnificent features including many pylons gigantic decorated stone capitals and many other wonders. The whole complex was relocated after the construction of the High Dam to its current location at the Agilkia Island. 
    Your next visit would be to the High Dam, one of the greatest accomplishments of modern Egypt. Former president Gamal Abdel Nasser constructed the High Dam to preserve the water of the River Nile and produce electricity in 1960s.
