Most of the monuments, historical sites, and museums in Egypt open from 7 AM until 5 PM. Open-air historical sites, like the Pyramids of Giza, are open from 7:00 Am until 16:pm. Some museums have morning opening hours, from 9 AM to 4 PM evening opening hours, from 5 PM to 9 or 10 PM. during Ramadan, monthbe aware that these hours will change significantly. Sightseeing during Ramadan Month closed by 15:00pm.

Egypt is a relaxed country although relatively modest dress is recommended. wearing shorts for men in Cairo and other cities is common among Egyptians. Dressing with relative modesty is a way of respecting the local culture. The metro in Cairo has separate cars for women that might be more comfortable, especially during rush hours when the cars can be very full.

In a restaurant, it is good to give between 5% and 10% tip directly to the waiter. For a small favor, like carrying luggage or parking a car, a few Egyptian pounds would be appropriate.     Day 1: Arrival in Cairo - Welcome to land of Pharaohs

    Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport and provide an entry visa for Egypt and then he will escort you to your hotel by exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist you to have a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.

    Day 2: Full Day Tour to the Pyramids, Sphinx, Memphis & Sakkara
    Visits: Great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Valley Temple, Sakkara Complex, Djoser Pyramid.

    You enjoy breakfast at your hotel to be energized for a marvelous tour in the monuments of Cairo. You begin your visits by exploring the ancient capital of Egypt, Memphis. King Menes established Memphis when he unified Egypt more than 5000 years ago. However, most of the displays you will view in the open-air museum belong to the New Kingdom, more than 3500 years ago. The highlights include the colossi of Ramses, the Alabaster Sphinx and much more. 
    Your next visit would be to the Saqqara necropolis, one of the most ancient and richest all over Egypt. The main feature here is the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramid to be constructed in Egypt and the oldest surviving stone structure in history. 
    You enjoy lunch in one of the finest local restaurants in Cairo.
    After lunch, you would be visiting the Giza Pyramids, the most popular ancient Egyptian monument and one of the Old Wonders of the World. You explore the Grand Pyramid of Cheops, the structure that amaze scientists until today.     Day 3: Cairo City Tour Visiting Egyptian Museum, Coptic, Cairo and Khan El Khalili Bazaar.

You first stop of the day will be at the amazing Egyptian Museum which is home to more than 250,000 genuine artifacts.
    After the best breakfast offered in your hotel, you start another magnificent day visiting the wonders of Cairo. You begin by visiting the Egyptian Museum to explore more than 120 thousand displays illustrating the ancient Egyptian history. The most magnificent among them is the collection of Tut Ankh Amun.
    You will have lunch in one of the most recommended local restaurants.
    After lunch, you would be exploring Saladin Citadel. Saladin, famous Arab king and army commander constructed the citadel more than 1000 years ago to protect Cairo against any foreign invasion. The citadel served as the seat of the government for years. The major highlight of the citadel today is the charming mosque of Mohamed Ali.  
    Your next visit of the day would be to Coptic Cairo where you visit the Hanging Church and many other attractions. Afterwards, you start shopping in Khan El Khalili, the largest and most impressive touristic market in the region. There is nothing you can dream of that is not sold in this historical market established more than 500 years ago. 
    At the end of the day you return to the hotel.

    Day 4: Time to Fly to Luxor and Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour
    Visits: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple.

    - Check out from your hotel in Cairo in the morning then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor where you will be met and assisted at Luxor Airport and transferred to your Luxurious Eyaru Dahabiya and embark in Luxor West Bank at Noon.
    - Enjoy a delicious lunch prepared freshly for you on board while you are Cruising the East Bank 
    Exploring the wonders of the Karnak Temple.  This is the largest Pharaonic temple in the whole world and in history. Although established in the Middle Kingdom, the Karnak took around 2,000 years to be completed. You enjoy exploring the huge columns of the Hypostyle Hall, the avenues of the sphinxes, the sacred lake, and many other features. 
    You move on to the Luxor Temple, one of the finest ancient Egyptian structures of all time! This is where you view the huge colossi of Ramses II at the entrance, in addition to several other impressive sections.

    Day 5: Sunday - Luxor West Bank
    Visits: Valley of the Kings, Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon.

    Breakfast would be served in the Nile Cruise to get ready for a wonderful tour of Luxor West Bank. 
    You begin the visits of the day by exploring the wonders of the Valley of the Kings, the most impressive royal necropolis of ancient Egypt. Established more than 3000 years ago, during the reign of the 18th dynasty, the tombs are quite remarkable with their colors and various decorations. 
    Your next visit would be to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most charming mortuary temples of all time. You will be exploring the terraces of the temple, admire the statues of the queen disguised as a Pharaoh, in addition to the Punto section, the Chapel of Anubis, and the Chapel of Goddess Hathour.

    Day 8: Wednesday – Visit Gebel El-Silsila & Kom Ombo
    Visits: Gebel Silsela, Kom Ombo, Kom Ombo Temple.

    You will be having your breakfast enjoying the cool breathe of the River Nile. Your visits today begin by Gebel Silsela. This is where you visit the Temple of Hormoheb, all hewn out of rocks. This chapel temple belongs to the 18th dynasty and contains several wonderful details and aspects. Then, you climb the Silsela Mountain and enjoy the matchless views. 

    Next stop will Be Kom Ombo in the afternoon and walk through the town of Kom Ombo among the locals of the town until you arrive at the Kom Ombo Temple visit the Temple of Sobek and Haeroris. Famous for its crocodile god and the many marvelous stone carving, the temple is never to miss while in Egypt. After your visit, head back to your dahabiya where you will enjoy an appetizing dinner while sailing to Aswan.

    Day 9: Thursday - Sightseeing in Aswan
    Visits: High Dam, Philae Temple, Unfinished Obelisk.

    Upon arrival to Aswan start the day by visiting the Temple of Philae. Dedicated to the gods Osiris and Isis, the temple has some magnificent features including many pylons gigantic decorated stone capitals and many other wonders. The whole complex was relocated after the construction of the High Dam to its current location at the Agilkia Island. 
    Your next visit would be to the High Dam, one of the greatest accomplishments of modern Egypt. Former president Gamal Abdel Nasser constructed the High Dam to preserve the water of the River Nile and produce electricity in 1960s.  
    Your last visit of the day would be to the Unfinished Obelisk. This huge structure was left untouched after the Pharaohs of the New Kingdom deserted it because of a fault in the bottom of the obelisk. The visit to the Unfinished Obelisk would include an interesting explanation of the methods used by the Pharaohs to construct these huge obelisks and the reasons behind their building.

    After your visits, you will head back to your dahabiya and enjoy an appetizing dinner in the middle of the Nile surrounded by its beautiful waters.

    Day 10: Friday - Aswan & Optional Trip to Abu Simbel

    Enjoy a delicious breakfast on board,  a free day discover the streets of the beautiful city of Aswan; meeting and chatting with its locals, or visiting the Nubian village and taking the most Instagram photos with or optional tour to visit Abu Simbel Temples.
    Optional Tour: Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramsses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramssess II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one.   Then transfer you back to your Dahabya Nile Cruise and Overnight in Aswan.
