Most of the monuments, historical sites, and museums in Egypt open from 7 AM until 5 PM. Open-air historical sites, like the Pyramids of Giza, are open from 7:00 Am until 16:pm. Some museums have morning opening hours, from 9 AM to 4 PM evening opening hours, from 5 PM to 9 or 10 PM. during Ramadan, monthbe aware that these hours will change significantly. Sightseeing during Ramadan Month closed by 15:00pm.

Egypt is a relaxed country although relatively modest dress is recommended. wearing shorts for men in Cairo and other cities is common among Egyptians. Dressing with relative modesty is a way of respecting the local culture. The metro in Cairo has separate cars for women that might be more comfortable, especially during rush hours when the cars can be very full.

    Fly Cairo to Luxor –Nile Cruise Tour Visit the East Bank

King Ramses II was the most famous king in the 19th Dynasty. He ruled Egypt for about 67 years. It was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu together representing the Theban triad. Enjoy watching the Obelisk of Ramses II in front of the 1st Pylon.
