Alexandria is in fact one of the most ancient surviving cities of Egypt that you can explore during Egypt tours. This tour gives you the opportunity to enjoy exploring all the major highlights of Alexandria including Qaitbay Citadel, and the great Bibliotheca Alexandria, and enjoy a fresh seafood lunch on the Mediterranean in your Egypt day tours.
Your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or any other location around to start your Alexandria day tours. Your first visit would be to the fortress of Qaitbay, it also called the Qaitbay Citadel which is the best-preserved Mamluk military construction in Egypt. Finally, you will explore the famous library (new Alexandria library) which has the fourth rank among the libraries all over the world. This is a replica of the Ancient Library of Alexandria. Enjoy lunch at a good quality seafood restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the amazing city of Alexandria. Then you will go back directly to your hotel in Cairo.
